The Monarch Lab online can accept orders via payments of credit card, check by mail, or purchase order. Just choose the appropriate method when you check out. If you choose to pay with a check by mail, we will send your order as soon as the check has been recieved. Any questions can be directed to the store manager at email@example.com.

If you are having problems with submitting your online credit card payment, please contact the store manager at firstname.lastname@example.org and mention specifically what the error message or problem is. We cannot accept payment over the phone. Please DO NOT send credit card numbers via email.
If you have non-profit/tax-exempt status, please email the store manager at email@example.com and we will be able to help you (see below).
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If you have need of an exchange or return, please don't hesitate to contact us. If there was a mistake with your order that was our fault (i.e. wrong size, incorrect item, etc) we will refund you the cost of return shipping after the item has been returned to us. Your replacement item will be shipped to you after we receive your returned item - please allow 3-5 business days for us to ship your replacement items.
If you decide you will need a different size or item than you ordered, or would like to return your item, the cost of shipping the item back to us will be your own. If you are returning the item, we will refund you the cost of the item only.
Tax Exempt Orders
If you are a tax exempt organization AND located here in Minnesota, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following:
- Appropriate documentation to show your tax exempt status
- The items you wish to order including the shipping (a screenshot of your cart will work)
Please know that purchasing directly through the website will automatically charge you Minnesota State Sales Tax. If you are a tax exempt organization, we will work with the University of MN billing department to send you an invoice using your tax exempt status (and a PO if needed). As soon as this invoice is billed we will be able to send you your order.
The Monarch Lab is a small organization and all of our staff members wear many different hats. We always do our best to get your order to you as soon as we receive it, but please allow 2-5 business days for processing, and another 3-7 days for shipping. In total, we try to get your orders to you within 2 weeks of receiving it. For urgent situations, please email the store manager at email@example.com.
