Policies

Payments

The Monarch Lab online can accept orders via payments of credit card, check by mail, or purchase order. Just choose the appropriate method when you check out. Any questions or problems with this can be directed to the store manager at info@monarchlab.org.

If you are having problems with submitting your online credit card payment, please contact the store manager at info@monarchlab.org and mention specifically what the error message or problem is. Please DO NOT send credit card numbers via email.

If you have non-profit/tax-exempt status, please email the store manager at info@monarchlab.org and we will be able to help you (see below).

Tax Exempt Orders

If you are a tax exempt organization AND located here in Minnesota, please email info@monarchlab.org with appropriate documentation AND the items you wish to order including the shipping (a screenshot of your cart will work). Purchasing directly through the website will automatically charge you Minnesota State Sales Tax.

Shipping

The Monarch Lab is a small organization and many of our staff members wear many different hats. We always do our best to get your order to you as soon as we receive it, but please allow 2-5 business days for processing, and another 3-7 days for shipping. For urgent situations, please email the store manager at info@monarchlab.org.

International Orders

The Monarch Store is only able to process orders from the United States at this time. If you are looking to place an international order, please contact the store manager at info@monarchlab.org.
